Requirements and methods for sensor installation
Selection of detection parts
The magnetic field generated by the probe coil is constant, and the eddy current field formed on the surface of the specimen is also constant. When the measured surface is flat, the diameter of the surface to be measured should be greater than 1.5 times the diameter of the probe head with the center of the center line of the probe. When the measured object is a circular axis and the probe centerline is orthogonal to the axis line , The general requirements of the measured shaft diameter for the probe head diameter of more than 3 times. Otherwise, the sensitivity will drop.
The detection position of the probe should be increased when the axial displacement is positive, and if the axial displacement is positive, the detection gap is reduced. Please specify when ordering. QQ: 405287271
installation method 
1. The installation of the probe
Shaft vibration displacement probe to be fixed by the bracket in the unit, as shown below, the bracket designed by the user, the design of the bracket should be sufficient rigidity to prevent vibration deformation, the probe installed on the bracket to be strong, not allowed to run There is loose.
The installation gap between the probe and the metal surface to be tested should be installed according to the installation clearance specified in the product calibration certificate and the voltage characteristic table. Do not twist the eddy current coil on the probe, high-frequency cable can not be arbitrarily twisted, plug not arbitrarily disassembly, so as to avoid damage.
The installation of the probe can also be done by measuring the output voltage of the preamplifier after the unit has been delivered separately (see the linear test report sheet).
2. Installation of high frequency cables
The cable between the front and the probe is a high-frequency cable. The total length of the cable is 9m or 5m (when the user orders), the cable length is not allowed to change, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy. After installation, the cable position is fixed so as not to cause unnecessary damage. Metal hose protection (ie armor) can also be added.
The 9m or 5m long high frequency cable can be connected to the high frequency connector for installation or use. So in the installation, the high-frequency connector must be sealed with insulating material wrapped.
3. The installation of the predecessor
The preamplifier should be floated (ie the front and the unit should be electrically insulated). In order to protect the front device from damage, it is recommended that the user add a pre-protection box, the first through the insulation board floating in the tin box, and then fixed in the rack or iron railings. Installation site temperature is less than 65 ℃, ventilation and vibration is small. Front connector and monitor the connection cable users can use three-core shielded cable, its length up to tens of meters. The shield should be in the control room at the single-ended access to the instrument.
Precautions
When installing the probe, the user should not have any other metal material in the clearance range of the probe area. To avoid the bumping of the probe, the probe should be installed so that it can not be loosened in operation.
The cable can not be twisted and any connection; cable in the middle of the high-frequency conversion head should be taken after the insulation measures to make it with the earth in the electrical isolation.
In the case of a preamplifier, the prespler should be mounted on an insulating plate so that the pre-device is electrically isolated from the earth.
It is best not to have a connector in the middle of the three signal transmission lines. If you want to consider the contact resistance of the joint as small as possible to reduce the signal loss in the transmission line process.
